Return & Refund Policy

At Velocity Motors Parts, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing used auto parts. To protect both our customers and our business, we have set clear guidelines for returns and warranties.

Return Conditions

  • Items that are modified, altered, or removed for testing will not be accepted for return.

  • Only the original item delivered may be returned. Substituted or different items will not be accepted.

  • All parts are uniquely identified by factory markings or serial numbers.

  • Returns must be in the same condition as shipped, except for items confirmed as damaged during shipping by a Velocity Motors Parts Specialist.

Reporting an Issue

  • All issues must be reported in writing via mail, email, or fax.

  • If you receive a broken or defective part, please notify our Customer Support Department before taking any action.

  • Do not ship any part back until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

RMA & Return Process

  1. Contact customer support to explain the issue.

  2. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and the return address.

  3. The item must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the RMA.

  4. A valid tracking number must be provided for all returns.

  5. Returns shipped without an RMA or to the wrong address will not be accepted.

  6. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once the part is returned, it will be inspected and verified by our team.

  • If approved, we will issue either:

    • A replacement part, or

    • A refund in the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval by our Accounting Department.
