Warranty Policy

DAS AUTO PARTS 30 DAYS WARRANTY

At Das Auto Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our warranty and return terms carefully before making a purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty applies only to parts that are damaged or were sent in error.

  • Warranty covers parts only – no labor, installation, or additional costs are included.

  • If a part is damaged, we will first attempt to repair or replace it.

  • If no replacement is available, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

Return Process

  • If you place a new order before returning the original item, you will need to pay for the new item. A refund will be issued for the original purchase once the return is received.

  • Shipping costs for returning items are not reimbursed.

  • When contacting Das Auto Parts about a return, please provide a detailed explanation of the issue.

Return Requirements

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

  • Items purchased for testing purposes or incorrectly ordered by the customer are not eligible for return. Please confirm the exact part you need with a mechanic before ordering.

  • Products returned after the warranty period has expired will not be replaced and will be shipped back to the sender.

  • If a returned part does not meet warranty requirements, Das Auto Parts reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee and deduct shipping costs from the refund.

Liability

  • Das Auto Parts is not responsible for items delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout but not claimed by the customer, according to the tracking information.
